1. Introduction of Automatic Single Head Screw Capper
FXG-1D automatic follow-up capping machine is composed of cap sorting mechanism, capping mechanism, motion module, conveying mechanism and control system. The whole machine has simple structure and convenient adjustment. It is suitable for automatic capping of 5-30L barrels.
During the movement of the bottles, the capping action is completed. Compare with the normal capping machine, normal capping machine needs to stop when capping, which will shake the liquid out of the bottle mouth and pollute the bottle body. The follow type capping machine does not stop, which effectively avoids the shaking and keeps the bottle clean.
