1. Introduction of CCG1000-16TJ Automatic Pesticide Filling Machine
The machine CCG1000-16TJ is an automatic filling equipment suitable for 50ml~1000ml liquid materials such as water dispersible granule, emulsion, suspension and high viscosity liquid. This automatic filling machine can reach a maximum output of 6,000 bottles per hour depending on the material. The number of filling heads of the machine can be customized, 4/8/12/16/20 heads can be selected according to customer needs.

① One-button release structure. The filling unit adopts a releasable structure, which can completely empty the material in the material tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination of the material, and it is more convenient and quick to replace the sealing ring.
② Schneider integrated electronic control system. The machine adopts PLC programming control, the servo motor drives the synchronous belt and the double-screw lifting mechanism with stable transmission, which ensures the high precision of the piston movement and realizes accurate filling.
③ SUS304. Schneider integrated electronic control system. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which better adapts to the filling production environment, has good anti-corrosion performance, and is easy to clean.
